Monogram is GE's built-in luxury line, and it shares the well-documented GE control platform, which makes fault diagnosis straightforward. When a Monogram oven senses a problem it posts a GE-family F-code such as F0, F2, or F7, each mapping to a subsystem: over-temperature, keypad, or control. A code tells a technician where to look, not always which part failed, so we still meter the sensor, relay, or membrane before we fit anything. We service Monogram ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, and built-in refrigeration across Greenwood Village and the Denver metro.
Models We Service
- Ranges: Monogram professional and Statement gas and dual-fuel ranges and rangetops
- Wall ovens: Monogram single, double, and combination wall ovens with convection and advantium
- Cooktops: Monogram induction, gas, and electric cooktops
- Refrigeration: Monogram built-in, column, and French-door refrigerators
Error & Fault Codes
Monogram uses GE-family F-codes. The most common codes and what they usually mean:
| Code | Meaning | Typical Fix |
|---|---|---|
F0 / F1 | Control board internal fault | Test and replace control board |
F2 | Over-temperature: sensor drift or stuck relay | Test sensor and relay, replace faulty part |
F7 | Keypad / membrane switch fault | Test membrane and control, replace part |
| Oven no heat | Element, igniter, or relay fault | Test circuit, replace element or igniter |
| Refrigerator warm | Fan, evaporator frost, or control fault | Restore airflow, replace fan or board |

Common Problems We Fix
The Monogram calls we run most are ovens that post an F2 over-temperature fault, F7 keypad faults that lock out the controls, and ranges with a cold cavity. On F2, a drifted sensor or a stuck relay is the usual cause, and we replace whichever one the meter points to. On F7, the membrane switch or control has failed. On the cooktop side, a lost gas burner is an igniter or spark module, and an induction zone dropping out points to a coil or control. On refrigeration, warm cabinet temperature comes back to a fan, an iced evaporator, or a control board. We confirm the failed part on the appliance, fit a OEM replacement, and verify the appliance runs to spec before we close the job.
