How Our Pricing Works
When you book, you pay a diagnostic service call. That covers a proper diagnosis: the technician tests the appliance, isolates the failure, and explains it to you. You then get a written, flat estimate for the repair. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval.
The repair price itself depends on the part and the labor involved. A wine cooler thermistor is not the same job as a compressor on a built-in column, and we would never pretend otherwise. What stays constant is that you see the number in writing and approve it before we begin. There are no diagnostic tiers, no trip charges, and no change orders after the fact.
